Useful Information for Your Stay with Your Dog
To help us prepare everything in the best possible way, we kindly ask that you inform us in advance if you will be travelling with your dog, so that the accommodation can be arranged accordingly.
Dogs are welcomed in selected rooms and apartments. For organisational reasons, dogs are not permitted in the Deluxe Clementina and Deluxe Ferdinando rooms, nor in the Classic Tina and Classic Alessandro rooms.
A daily supplement of €20 per dog applies. Please note that cats are not allowed on the property.
Guests are welcome to walk their dogs throughout the estate grounds. We kindly ask that waste is always collected using the bags provided in your room. For the comfort of all guests, dogs must be kept on a leash in common areas and whenever other guests are present.
During breakfast, dogs may enter the breakfast room provided they remain beside their owners’ table and do not approach the buffet. In the summer season, outdoor breakfast tables are also available.
The pool area includes a wooden deck and a lawn. Dogs may access these areas while kept on a leash; however, access to the swimming pool water is strictly prohibited.
Inside rooms and apartments, dogs are not allowed on beds, sofas or armchairs. In order to protect fine fabrics and furnishings, armchairs, cushions and poufs are covered with protective throws. A dog bed and bowls are provided in the room. Any damage caused by a dog remains the responsibility of the owner.
Dogs must not be left unattended in the room. In exceptional circumstances, and only by prior arrangement with reception, they may remain inside the accommodation. In such cases, housekeeping service will not be carried out.
