USEFUL INFORMATION

Above the desk you will find a photo frame with two QR codes: the first one allows you to connect to the Wi-Fi and view the password; the second gives access to the page with all the useful information for your stay.

The room curtains are blackout, but it is also possible to close the shutters.

To release the mosquito nets, apply gentle downward pressure with your hands on both ends and then release them to let them roll up.

In the wardrobe you will find extra blankets and pillows for your comfort.

When the pool is open (May–October) you will find beige pool towels in your room. We kindly ask you to reuse them for several days in order to reduce water and energy consumption for washing.

As a welcome gesture, you will find two complimentary bottles of water.

In the key set you will find the room key and the main entrance key (the smaller one).

Please remember to lock the main entrance door in the evening when you return.

ROOM CLEANING

Rooms are tidied daily: we make the bed, empty the bins and change the towels if they are left on the floor.

Bed linen and all towels are changed every three nights.

If you have any specific requests regarding the housekeeping service, please inform the reception.

GUESTS WITH DOGS

Dogs must not be left alone in the room.
In exceptional cases, and only with prior agreement with the reception, they may remain in the accommodation; in this case the room will not be serviced.

APARTMENTS

In the apartments, the kitchens are not cleaned daily.
If you use the kitchen, please leave it tidy and dispose of any leftover food upon departure.

WASTE SEPARATION

In your room you will find bins for waste separation.
Please rinse any dirty containers and separate materials into: PLASTIC – PAPER – GLASS – ORGANIC – NON-RECYCLABLE
