Swimming Pool Regulations

Accessibility

1. The pool is accessible from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm (in September and October, the pool closes at 6:00 pm). Exceptions to the schedule will be communicated by Management if necessary.
2. Entry to the pool area outside of the specified hours is prohibited. Management disclaims any responsibility for accidents resulting from non-compliance with this rule.
3. It is strictly forbidden to leave the gate open when entering and exiting the pool area. This rule is important for the protection of minors who may enter/exit the pool area unsupervised.
4. Entry into the pool area is prohibited during adverse weather conditions (storms/strong winds).
5. Children under 10 years old and all minors who cannot swim must be accompanied by an adult.

Food and Beverages

1. Consuming food or beverages inside the pool is prohibited; the surrounding pool area should be used instead.
2. Leaving waste in the pool area is prohibited. Dispose of waste in designated containers.
3. Bringing glass containers into the pool area is prohibited.

Permitted Attire

1. By law, showering and bathing without swimwear are prohibited. Children under 3 years old and users with incontinence issues must wear containment swimsuits.
2. Showering before entering is mandatory.
3. Entering the water fully clothed is prohibited.
4. Introducing balls, tennis rackets, air mattresses, or other inflatables is prohibited. Armbands for children are allowed.

Behavior Rules

1. Animals are not allowed inside the pool.
2. Parents are responsible for the safety of their children and must ensure they follow the regulations.
3. Diving from the pool edge is prohibited.
4. Use all equipment with care.
5. Harassment behaviors are prohibited. Staff may remove unwelcome individuals.
6. Access is not permitted for intoxicated persons or those under the influence of substances. Access is not allowed for individuals with contagious diseases or open wounds. A medical certificate may be required.
7. Management assumes no responsibility for lost items or accidents due to non-compliance with the rules.
