Dear Guests,
Please take note of the following rules, for your safe and comfortable stay.

Documents: upon arrival, guests, including minors, must produce their documents to be registered. It is strictly forbidden to receive unregistered guests in the rooms; these people are therefore required to leave their documents at the reception.

Parking: please use the reserved parking area in front of the principal entry.

Rooms are available from 3.30 pm on arrival and have to be vacated by 10:30 am on departure, unless otherwise agreed with the Direction. Guests are required to return the room keys to reception. In case of damages to the hotel’s facilities and objects or loss of the room keys, the hotel will charge a compensation for the new one.

Breakfast is served from 8.00 to 10.00 in the breakfast room. Please promptly inform the reception of any food intolerance or allergy. Outside breakfast time the breakfast room is closed, please ask the reception for anything you may need.

Pets are welcome at our property, subject to a charge and upon request. Please contact us in advance to confirm availability and to make arrangements for your furry friend. Inside the hotel, guests must prevent pets from causing troubles, noise or damages for other guests or for the hotel’s facilities. Pets can access the hotel exclusively if they are in conformity with health standards. They must be kept on a leash. Pets must not prevent our housekeeping staff from cleaning the rooms. The direction is entitled to claim damages for any loss incurred.

At the ground floor there is a kitchen for guests’ use.

The hotel is provided by a wonderful swimming-pool open from mid May to early October.

It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the rooms and the other facilities.

The hotel practises separate collection of waste. Please use the bins provided. Please, do not waste water and electricity.

Quiet hours: From 1:30 pm to 3.30 pm and from 10:30 pm to 8 am, guests are required to behave respecting other guests’ rest while near the sleeping area.

Reception: reception is open in the morning from 8.00 to 12.30 and in the afternoon from 3.30 to 7.30. In case of a check out before 8 am payment is requested the evening before. Outside this time you can call: +39 3333294799; 

The main gate at the entrance is always open. In case of needs please use the supplied remote control to open it. Please keep closed the front door during the night.

Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi connection is free and can be used exclusively by the hotel’s guests.

The use of electric stove and appliance is strictly forbidden, except for normal toilet Do not use open flame tools or equipment.
