The rooms
The soul of Villa Clementina and its former inhabitants can be felt in every room.
The 12 rooms are spacious and tastefully furnished in accord with the location and its history.
Each room bears the name of a family member who either lived in or frequented the villa over the centuries.
On the first floor there are 3 rooms and 1 apartment that have been renovated and refurbished during 2022:
- Room number 10 Anna;
- Apartment number 11 Odorico;
- Room number 12 Dino;
- Room number 14 Dirce.
Also on the first floor, where the barn used to be, are the four new rooms that are currently under construction:
- Suite 15 Clementina;
- Suite 16 Ferdinando;
- Room 18 Tina;
- Junior Suite 19 Alessandro.
On the second floor, which can be reached by lift, there are four more accommodations:

Room 10 Anna
The Anna room, 27 m² in size, is located on the first floor. With its shades of deep and pale blue and its view of the inner garden, it is a very romantic and cosy room. The restored early 20th-century double bed adorned with toile de Jouy fabric will welcome you like an embrace. Antiques combine with modern comforts like a smart TV and free WiFi. It is equipped with a relaxation space for reading or working.
Room 12 Dino
The Dino room, 35 m² in size, is located on the first floor. Inside there are two levels. The master bedroom overlooks the pool and the vineyards, and features a double bed, a hand-painted wardrobe and a desk. It is equipped with the latest smart TV and free WiFi. The bathroom was refurbished in 2022 with a design inspired by the 1940s, offering a fascinating glimpse into life during that era. Its bathroom fittings, round bathtub and marble shower make this room one of the most photographed by interior designers and architects. It is equipped with all amenities and treats.
Room 14 Dirce
The Dirce room, 28 m² in size, is located on the first floor. Upon entering, one is immediately captivated by the stained glass French window that opens onto the balcony, in front of which there is one comfortable armchair. The view from the balcony, which formely allowed considerable supervision of the estate, stretches across the vineyards to the distant countryside. The sleeping area, with its beautifully restored early 20th-century bed and wardrobe, can be accessed by two interior steps. The room, overlooks the villa’s inner garden, is equipped with the latest smart TV and free WiFi. The bathroom was renovated in 2022 and is equipped with all amenities and treats. Over the centuries, it has accommodated all the family’s forefathers, sometimes with their spouses…
Room 18 Tina - available from March 2025
The Tina room, 32 m² in size, is on the first floor. It overlooks the courtyard fountain and the hills. The room is tastefully furnished with a relaxation area. There are a double bed, armchairs and a desk perfect for those who want to write or work surrounded by nature. The room has a large floor-to-ceiling window from which to admire the fountain and the hills. It has an elegant modern bathroom that is accessible for those with disabilities. The room is equipped with the latest smart TV and free WiFi.
Room 20 Rachele
The Rachele, 28 m² in size, is located on the second floor and can also be accessed by lift. It is exactly opposite the room named after her husband, Quirino. It is furnished with restored antique furniture from the early 20th-century and welcomes guests into the relaxing embrace of its shades of teal and light grey. There is a relaxation area as well as a desk for those wishing to write or work surrounded by nature. The room is equipped with the latest smart TV and free WiFi. The bathroom was renovated in 2022 and is equipped with all amenities and treats.
Room 22 Alo
The Alo room, 31 m² in size, is located on the second floor and is also accessible by lift. It overlooks the villa’s park and has a view across the countryside. It is furnished with restored early 20th-century furniture. It has a double bed and a single bed. It is also equipped with a desk for those wishing to write or work surrounded by nature. The bathroom was completely remodelled in 2022 and designed to be accessible for all, with a 170 cm walk-in shower and all amenities. The room is equipped with the latest smart TV and free WiFi.
The Suites
Suite 15 Clementina - available from March 2025
The new created Clementina suite, 40 m² in size, is located where the barn used to be. It is on the first floor. It consists of two rooms: the master bedroom with a double bed and a large floor-to-ceiling window overlooking the fountain, and the living area with a desk and sofas from which there is access to the all-weather, covered balcony. Every detail has been carefully thought out by the architect, with attention to both elegance and functionality. The suite is equipped with two latest smart TVs and free WiFi.
Suite 16 Ferdinando - available from March 2025
The Ferdinando suite is new as well, 37 m² in size, is on the first floor. It consists of two rooms: the master bedroom with a double bed overlooking the garden and the living area with a desk and sofas from which there is access to the all-weather covered balcony. Every detail has been carefully considered by the architect, with attention to both elegance and functionality. The suite is equipped with two latest smart TVs and free WiFi.
Junior Suite 19 Alessandro - available from March 2025
The Alessandro junior suite, 50 m² in size, is located on the first floor. It features a double bed, a single bed, and a desk for working. It overlooks the garden. The suite is equipped with two latest smart TVs and free WiFi.
The Apartments
Apartment 11 Odorico
The Odorico apartment, 42 m² in size, is located on the first floor. It is a new apartment, equipped with all amenities and ideal for either a couple or a family. The main sleeping area has a king size double bed and wardrobe and the living room has a sofa bed and an armchair. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and microwave. There are two smart TVs for relaxation both in the sleeping area and in the living room. The accommodation is equipped with a WiFi connection. The bathroom was renovated in 2022 and is equipped with all amenities and treats.
Apartment 21 Quirino
The Quirino apartment, 42 m² in size, is located on the second floor, opposite the room named after his wife, Rachele, and can also be accessed by lift. It is a new apartment, equipped with all amenities and ideal for either a couple or a family. It consists of a double bedroom separated by a door from the living room and a kitchenette. In the bedroom, there are a double bed, a wardrobe and a desk for those wishing to work in a comfortable environment surrounded by nature. In the living room, there are a comfortable sofa bed and a dining area. The kitchen is also equipped with a dishwasher and microwave. Both areas are equipped with WiFi connection. The bathroom was renovated in 2022 and is equipped with all amenities and treats.
Apartment 24 Pietro. The Tower.
The romantic Tower, 50 m² in size is a place to discover and fall in love with. Is located on the second floor and is also accessible by lift. It spreads over three floors. On the ground floor is the main bedroom with a recently restored early 20th-century double bed and wardrobe, and the bathroom. On the second floor, there is the kitchen and dining area. On the top floor a second bedroom offers sweeping all-around views of the estate. Shades of white and blue blend to create a romantic setting. The room is equipped with the latest smart TV and free WiFi.
