The rooms
The soul of Villa Clementina and its former inhabitants can be felt in every room.
The 10 rooms are spacious and tastefully furnished in accord with the location and its history.
Each room bears the name of a family member who either lived in or frequented the villa over the centuries.
On the first floor there are 3 rooms, which are accessible by lift followed by a short descent of six steps. They were renovated and refurbished in 2022:
- Room number 10 Anna;
- Room number 12 Dino;
- Room number 14 Dirce.
Also on the first floor, where the old barn once stood, four new rooms were completed in 2025:
- Deluxe Room number 15 Clementina;
- Deluxe Room number 16 Ferdinando;
- Room number 18 Tina;
- Room number 19 Alessandro.
On the second floor, which can be reached by lift, there are three more rooms:
- Room number 20 Rachele;
- Room number 22 Alo;
- Room number 23 Caterina.

Classic Room 12 Dino
The Dino room, 35 m² in size, is located on the first floor and it’s accessible by lift followed by a short descent of six steps. Inside there are two levels. The master bedroom overlooks the pool and the vineyards, and features a double bed, a hand-painted wardrobe and a desk. It is equipped with the latest smart TV and free WiFi. The bathroom was refurbished in 2022 with a design inspired by the 1940s, offering a fascinating glimpse into life during that era. Its bathroom fittings, round bathtub and marble shower make this room one of the most photographed by interior designers and architects. It is equipped with all amenities and treats.
Classic Room 14 Dirce
The Dirce room, 28 m² in size, is located on the first floor and it’s accessible by lift followed by a short descent of six steps. Upon entering, one is immediately captivated by the stained glass French window that opens onto the balcony, in front of which there is one comfortable armchair. The view from the balcony, which formely allowed considerable supervision of the estate, stretches across the vineyards to the distant countryside. The sleeping area, with its beautifully restored early 20th-century bed and wardrobe, can be accessed by two interior steps. The room, overlooks the villa’s inner garden, is equipped with the latest smart TV and free WiFi. The bathroom was renovated in 2022 and is equipped with all amenities and treats. Over the centuries, it has accommodated all the family’s forefathers, sometimes with their spouses…
Classic Room 18 Tina
The Tina room, 30 m² in size, is on the first floor and it’s accessible by lift. It overlooks the courtyard fountain and the hills. The room is tastefully furnished with a relaxation area. There are a double bed, armchairs and a desk perfect for those who want to write or work surrounded by nature. The room has a large floor-to-ceiling window from which to admire the fountain and the hills. It has an elegant modern bathroom that is accessible for those with disabilities. The room is equipped with the latest smart TV and free WiFi.
Classic Room 20 Rachele
The Rachele, 28 m² in size, is located on the second floor and can also be accessed by lift. It is exactly opposite the room named after her husband, Quirino. It is furnished with restored antique furniture from the early 20th-century and welcomes guests into the relaxing embrace of its shades of teal and light grey. There is a relaxation area as well as a desk for those wishing to write or work surrounded by nature. The room is equipped with the latest smart TV and free WiFi. The bathroom was renovated in 2022 and is equipped with all amenities and treats.
Classic Room 23 Caterina
The Caterina Room, 31 m² in size, is located on the second floor and is accessible by lift. It offers a view of the swimming pool and features a beautifully restored early 20th-century double bed and wardrobe. The room is equipped with a desk, perfect for work or reading, and a recently renovated bathroom. Shades of white and blue blend harmoniously to create a romantic atmosphere. The room is equipped with the latest smart TV and free WiFi.

Deluxe Room 15 Clementina
The new created Clementina Deluxe Room, 34 m² in size, is located where the barn used to be. It is on the first floor and it’s accessible by lift. It consists of a double bed and a sofabed, it can accomodate up to 4 people. It features a large floor-to-ceiling window overlooking the fountain, a desk for those who want to work sorrounded by nature and a sofa to relax. The true highlight is the covered, all-season balcony, perfect for enjoying the outdoors even on rainy days. Every detail has been carefully thought out by the architect, with attention to both elegance and functionality. The room is equipped with the latest smart TV and free WiFi.
Deluxe Room 16 Ferdinando
The Ferdinando Deluxe Room is new as well, 34 m² in size, it can accomodate up to 4 people. It’s located on the first floor and it’s accessible by lift. It consists of a double bed, a sofabed and a desk to work or read. The true highlight is the covered, all-season balcony, perfect for enjoying the outdoors even on rainy days.. Triple Room 10 Anna
Anna is a triple room with a size of 27 m². It features a double bed and a single bed. Located on the first floor, it is accessible by elevator followed by a short descent of six steps. With its shades of blue and light blue and its view of the inner garden, it is a very romantic and welcoming room. The antique charm blends with modern comforts such as a smart TV and free Wi-Fi.The room also includes a small relaxation area, ideal for reading or working.
Family Room 19 Alessandro
The Alessandro Room has a surface area of 28 sqm and can accomodate up to 4 people. It is located on the first floor, easily accessible via an elevator. From the room, guests can enjoy a beautiful garden view, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The furnishings include a double bed, a sofa bed and a desk, perfect for those who wish to read, write, or work in peace. For maximum comfort, the room is equipped with a latest-generation smart TV and free Wi-Fi. The bathroom is completely new, featuring a spacious shower and offering all modern comforts to ensure a relaxing stay.
Triple Room 22 Alo
The Alo room, 31 m² in size, is located on the second floor and is also accessible by lift. It overlooks the villa’s park and has a view across the countryside. It is furnished with restored early 20th-century furniture. It features a double bed and two single beds, making it perfect for accommodating up to 4 guests without compromising its intimate and refined atmosphere. It is also equipped with a desk for those wishing to write or work surrounded by nature. The bathroom was completely remodelled in 2022 and designed to be accessible for all, with a 170 cm walk-in shower and all amenities. The room is equipped with the latest smart TV and free WiFi.
