Measure: 6.4.1 Creation and development of business diversification in agricultural enterprises.

Type of intervention: Renovation and modernization of real estate to create rooms or facilities for hospitality activities.

Description of the operation: Renovation and modernization of company buildings to meet required standards, including the elimination of architectural barriers. Purchase of equipment necessary to improve hospitality. Purchase of machinery and equipment.

Objective: Diversification of business activities through the creation of a tourist and hospitality offering, improving sustainability and competitiveness.

Results achieved: Ongoing. Completion expected by 18/08/2025.
