Guests may drive to the main entrance for luggage loading and unloading.<\/p><p data-start=\"751\" data-end=\"780\"><strong>Holiday Apartment Guests<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"782\" data-end=\"860\">Parking is located directly in front of the farmhouse, next to your apartment.<\/p><p data-start=\"862\" data-end=\"908\">Please use only your designated parking space.<\/p><p data-section-id=\"3lej3d\" data-start=\"915\" data-end=\"939\"><strong>Check-in &amp; Check-out<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"941\" data-end=\"979\">Rooms are available from <strong data-start=\"966\" data-end=\"979\">3:00 p.m.<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"981\" data-end=\"1091\">On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by <strong data-start=\"1031\" data-end=\"1045\">10:30 a.m.<\/strong>, unless otherwise agreed with the Management.<\/p><p data-start=\"1093\" data-end=\"1181\">Keys must be returned at check-out. Lost or damaged keys may incur a replacement charge.<\/p><p data-section-id=\"48dw61\" data-start=\"1188\" data-end=\"1201\"><strong>Breakfast<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"1203\" data-end=\"1304\">Breakfast is included in your stay and is served on the ground floor from <strong data-start=\"1277\" data-end=\"1304\">8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"1306\" data-end=\"1372\">Please inform us in advance of any food allergies or intolerances.<\/p><p data-start=\"1374\" data-end=\"1484\">The breakfast room is accessible only during breakfast service. Outside these hours, please contact Reception.<\/p><p data-section-id=\"yntrhw\" data-start=\"1491\" data-end=\"1499\"><strong>Pets<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"1501\" data-end=\"1608\">Small pets are welcome upon prior agreement with the Management and may be subject to an additional charge.<\/p><p data-start=\"1610\" data-end=\"1650\">To ensure everyone&#8217;s comfort, pets must:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1652\" data-end=\"1768\"><li data-section-id=\"16hk3gi\" data-start=\"1652\" data-end=\"1693\"><p>be kept on a leash in all common areas;<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"1bmn6ku\" data-start=\"1694\" data-end=\"1721\"><p>not disturb other guests;<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"1501ikd\" data-start=\"1722\" data-end=\"1768\"><p>not interfere with room cleaning operations.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1770\" data-end=\"1868\">Pets are allowed in the pool area only on the lawn and are <strong data-start=\"1829\" data-end=\"1867\">not permitted in the data-end=\"2284\">Any damage caused by pets is the responsibility of the owner.<\/p><p data-section-id=\"1a1vwrd\" data-start=\"2291\" data-end=\"2309\"><strong>Shared Kitchen<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"2311\" data-end=\"2393\">A shared kitchen is available on the ground floor for the exclusive use of guests.<\/p><p data-start=\"2395\" data-end=\"2528\">The refrigerator includes dedicated spaces for personal food storage, while numbered baskets are provided for non-refrigerated items.<\/p><p data-start=\"2530\" data-end=\"2580\">Please leave the kitchen clean and tidy after use.<\/p><p data-start=\"2582\" data-end=\"2634\">Two dishwashers and cleaning supplies are available.<\/p><p data-section-id=\"1l65izb\" data-start=\"2641\" data-end=\"2658\"><strong>Swimming Pool<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"2660\" data-end=\"2748\">The swimming pool is generally open from <strong data-start=\"2701\" data-end=\"2727\">mid-May to mid-October<\/strong>, weather permitting.<\/p><p data-start=\"2750\" data-end=\"2810\">Before entering, please read the pool regulations carefully.<\/p><p data-section-id=\"156sazh\" data-start=\"2817\" data-end=\"2831\"><strong>No Smoking<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"2833\" data-end=\"2909\">Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and all indoor common areas.<\/p><p data-start=\"2911\" data-end=\"3034\">Smoking is also prohibited in outdoor breakfast areas while breakfast service is taking place and other guests are present.<\/p><p data-section-id=\"168gurb\" data-start=\"3041\"
